5-Tier Boltless Steel Shelving Unit 180 x 90 x 40 cm, 175 kg per Shelf

Five deep shelves for storage boxes, paint, garden gear, camping kit and the things that only come out once a year. The frame slots together without nuts or bolts: the beams drop into keyhole slots in the uprights and lock as you tap them down, so the unit goes up in about 20 minutes with a rubber mallet. Each fibreboard shelf sits on a steel beam frame rated to 175 kg evenly distributed, and you can set each shelf height to suit tall tubs or short tins. The matt black powder coat looks smart in a garage, shed, utility room or cellar.

Care

Wipe the steel frame and the fibreboard shelves with a dry or slightly damp cloth - never soak the shelves or leave wet paint tins and buckets standing on them, and put a tray under anything that may leak. Spread the weight evenly, keep the heaviest items on the lowest shelves and check once a year that every beam is pushed fully down into its keyholes.

Safety

Stand the unit on a flat, level floor and fix it to a solid wall with the anti-tip fixing supplied before you load it. Keep within the stated load ratings, put the heaviest items at the bottom and never climb on shelves, drawers or doors. Assembly needs two adults; wear gloves, as sheet-steel edges can be sharp. Keep keys and small fixings away from children.

• Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (UK time). Orders placed by 2:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday, start processing the same day; later orders the next day (Monday to Friday).
• Processing: 1 - 2 days (Monday to Friday). Delivery: 2 - 5 days (Monday to Friday). Total 3 - 7 days (Monday to Friday).
• 90-day returns with a free return label for unused items in their original packaging, in addition to your statutory 14-day right to cancel. Faulty items are always covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
