Garage Wall Storage Rail System with 2 x 180 cm Steel Rails and 12 Hooks

Get bikes, ladders, garden tools, hoses and folding chairs off the floor and onto the wall, where you can see them and grab them. The system is two 180 cm steel rails that you fix to the wall one above the other, plus twelve hooks in different shapes that simply hook over the rail and slide along it - so you can rearrange everything in seconds when the lawnmower moves out or a second bike moves in. Fixed into solid masonry or timber studs, each rail holds up to 50 kg. Everything is finished in a hard-wearing matt black powder coat.

Specification

Care

Dust the powder-coated steel now and then and wipe it with a damp cloth. Every six months check that the ceiling or wall fixings are still tight and that every locking pin or hook is fully seated; re-tighten anything that has worked loose before you load the storage again. Touch up any chips in the coating with metal paint.

Safety

Fix the rails only to a solid masonry wall or into timber studs with fixings suited to your wall - plasterboard alone will not hold the load. Use a spirit level and check for hidden cables and pipes with a detector before drilling. Keep within the stated load ratings for each rail and hook, hang sharp tools with the blade towards the wall, and keep heavy items low.
